To complete your UPCA player registration, please keep the following documents ready:
Required for Everyone

Aadhaar Card
- Your Aadhaar must be linked to your mobile number
- You will receive an OTP for verification during registration

Passport Size Photograph
- Recent photo with white background
- Clear and properly lit

Birth Certificate
- Original certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat
- Must clearly show your date of birth

Address Proof (if your current address is different from Aadhaar)
- Any one of the following:
- Voter ID Card
- Passport
- Employment Certificate
- Bonafide Certificate from school/college
- Any one of the following:
Required for Certain Age Groups
- High School Certificate / Marksheet
- Required for: U-19, U-19 Women, and similar age categories
- Not required for: U-14, U-15 Girls, U-16, U-23, and Senior categories
Required After Payment

PAN Card
- Needed for bank account verification

Bank Passbook / Statement
- First page showing account number, IFSC code, and account holder name
Important Tips
- All documents must be clear and readable — blurry uploads will be rejected
- File size should not exceed 2 MB per document
- Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, or PDF
- Keep original documents safe — you may need to present them during trials

Can I change my age category?
No. The age category is automatically determined by the system based on your date of birth and cannot be changed manually. Please refer to the eligibility criteria to understand which age category you fall under.
I selected multiple categories. Do I pay for each?
Yes, registration fee is ₹400 per category. Total fee = Number of categories × ₹400.
What if I'm a girl but don't see U-15-G option?
U-15-G is only available for girls born between 1 Sep 2011 and 30 Sep 2014. If you don't fall in this range, you'll see U-19, U-23, or Senior based on your DOB.
